Conditions for return:

• The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: sealed, without traces of use, in the original packaging.
• Unsealed products (tested or opened perfumes) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, according to art. 16 letter e) of GEO 34/2014.

Steps for return:

2. You will receive details about the return address.
3. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The site is operated by HORIZON WORKS SRL. By accessing this site and/or placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions set out below.

The products shown are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to change prices and descriptions without prior notice.

3. Orders and payments

Orders are placed online, and payment is made through the methods available on the site (bank card, cash on delivery, etc.). Order confirmation represents a firm agreement between the parties.

4. Delivery

Delivery is by courier within 1-5 business days. The delivery cost is displayed on the checkout page.

5. Returns

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, according to the return policy. Products must be sealed and in perfect condition.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not assume responsibility for any typographical errors, minor color discrepancies, or normal wear and tear of the packaging.

7. Litigation

Any conflicts will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is by express courier, and the estimated delivery time is between 1-5 business days, depending on location.
